Film ini menceritakan kembali tentang kegiatan penyelamatan kepada smurfette,dimana saat smurfette berulang tahun ia diculik oleh penyihir jahat(gargamel) yang menginginkan resep formula menjadi smurf. Dengan bantuan Patrick and Grace Windslow para smurf menuju ke Paris untuk menyelamatkan smurfette.
